I've seen some of my pictures used on other websites. For the most part, that is okay. However, I have found one where the person who posted it claimed ownership of the image. This is what I do not want. If you want to use my artwork, here is what you need to know:

What you ARE allowed to do:
*Post my artwork on Myspace, Youtube, your personal website and most other websites.
*Use any of my avatars on either deviantART or another website.
*Trace or modify my artwork. Most people don't like it when you do this, but I really don't care that much.

What you are NOT allowed to do:
*Take my artwork and claim that you drew it yourself.
*Re-post my artwork on deviantART. Not only is this against the rules here, but it is a waste of server space.
*Sell my artwork without my consent.

Another thing: Although it would be nice if you did mention me if you used my artwork, you don't strictly HAVE to. All I want is for there to be honesty about it. If you didn't draw it, don't say that you did.

TELL EVERYONE ON YOUR LIST BECAUSE IF SOMEBODY ON YOUR LIST ADDS HIM THEN YOU WILL GET HIM ON YOUR LIST. HE WILL FIGURE OUT YOUR ID COMPUTER ADDRESS, SO COPY AND PASTE THIS MESSAGE TO EVERYONE EVEN IF YOU DONT CARE FOR THEM AND FAST BECAUSE IF HE HACKS THEIR EMAIL HE HACKS YOUR MAIL TOO!!!!!...

Anyone using Internet mail such as Yahoo, Hotmail, AOL and so on. This information arrived this morning, Direct from both Microsoft and Norton. Please send it to everybody you know who has access to the Internet. You may receive an apparently harmless e-mail titled 'Mail Server Report'

If you open either file, a message will appear on your screen saying: 'It is too late now, your life is no longer beautiful.'

Subsequently you will LOSE EVERYTHING IN YOUR PC,
And the person who sent it to you will gain access to your name, e-mail and password.

This is a new virus which started to circulate on Saturday afternoon. AOL has already confirmed the severity, and the anti virus software's are not capable of destroying it .

The virus has been created by a hacker who calls himself 'life owner'..

PLEASE SEND A COPY OF THIS TO ALL YOUR FRIENDS, And ask them to
PASS IT ON IMMEDIATELY

I don't know if this is true but you can never be sure! SO WATCH OUT!"

Does anyone know how the popularity of deviations is determined in a search? I thought at one time that perhaps the deviations with the most favorites would be ranked at the top, but I think I checked that and that seems to not be the case. Is it based on views per day or per hour? Favorites per hour? If you know, I'd be glad to hear.
